Pick a room that matches the week

We only sell three room types because that is what the building can do well. King Deluxe is the workhorse: one big bed, a desk that is not a joke, blackout that actually works on George Street. Harbour Suite is the extra sitting room for people who will take calls in a chair instead of on the bed. Twin Studio is two proper singles for colleagues, siblings, or anyone who does not want to share a mattress and then discuss it at breakfast. Rates below are nightly starting prices in Australian dollars for 2026, before a five-night weekday note of 20%. We will not mark a room as 70% off. Each card carries a guarantee we can keep and a condition that stops surprises. The button sends you to the only form on this page. Photos are square on purpose, so you see the room, not a wide-angle fantasy of a wardrobe. If you need connecting doors, say so in the notes. We have two pairs, and they go quickly on conference weeks.

Five things these rooms get right

You can read a thousand room lists and still not know if you will sleep. These five points are the ones guests repeat after a week, which is a better test than a brochure. They are not a claim that every hotel in Sydney should copy us. They are how this particular hotel, owned by Rosalind Peverell through Gediro Hospitality Pty Ltd, tries to behave. If one of them fails during your stay, tell the desk while you are still in the building. We can move you, fix the latch, or take money off the night. What we cannot do is unwind a review written on the train to the airport about a tap we would have replaced in twenty minutes. The list is also a briefing for night staff in 2026: if curtains fail, we do not argue about “city energy”. If a shower is weak, we do not send you a voucher for breakfast. If a desk has no socket, that room is not sold as a work stay until it does. Simple, slightly stubborn, and written down so we cannot shrug it off.

  1. Blackout curtains that meet in the middle, because CBD light does not respect your alarm, and a gap the width of a finger is enough to wake a light sleeper at 05:10.
  2. Showers with pressure that survives the morning rush on our floor, not a polite trickle that asks you to stand there and think about your life choices.
  3. Desks with a socket where a laptop actually sits, not behind a bedhead, so a video call does not require furniture yoga.
  4. Room attendants who knock, waits, and does not rearrange your life into a display. If you put the latch on, we leave you alone and come back later.
  5. A night team who can move you if a neighbouring event is louder than we expected, instead of sliding a note under the door that says “thank you for your patience”.

How to hold a room

Choose a card, tap through, and complete the form once. We ask for dates because a pretty room on a sold-out Thursday is still sold out. We ask for a phone number because the driver, or the night manager, may need it. If the form is incomplete you will see a quiet error on the page. If it is complete you will see a success note and we will write to your email with the rate for those nights. That email is the hold, not this box. Payment instructions come in that message. If you need an invoice for Gediro Hospitality Pty Ltd, say so. If you are arriving after midnight, say so. If you want the five-night weekday 20% note, say so. We still answer the phone on +61292476744, and the WhatsApp link in the footer is the same number. Some stays are easier to sort by voice, especially when two rooms need to be next to each other. Write like a person. We write back like a person. Do not send the form twice if the green note already appeared; the desk will have the first copy. If the red note appeared, fix the email or the empty field and send it again. That is the only unsuccessful path we built, and it does not use an alert box. A blank date is the usual miss, so look at the calendar fields before you tap send.

Thank you. Your room request reached Gediro. We will email availability and the rate.
