These Terms of Use apply to the website of Gediro Hotel and to stays arranged through Gediro Hospitality Pty Ltd.
The hotel address is 264 George Street, Sydney.

By using this website in 2026 you agree to read these terms before you send a form.
A form on this site is a request, not an instant contract.
A stay is confirmed only when we write back with dates, a rate, and a hold note.
Prices shown in Australian dollars are starting prices and can change for public holidays.
We do not advertise discounts deeper than forty-five percent.
A weekday five-night hotel rate of twenty percent is the usual room reduction when it applies.
Check-in is from 15:00 unless we agree another time in writing.
Check-out is by 11:00 unless we agree a late departure in writing.
If a room is not ready, we store bags and look for an earlier release.
Guests must be able to identify themselves at the desk.
A booking made for someone else still needs that guest’s name on the file.
Children stay with a responsible adult.
Smoking is not allowed in rooms, corridors, or the dining room.
If a room needs ozone or extra linen because of smoke, we may charge the cleaning cost.
Parties that disturb other guests can be stopped by the night manager.
We may ask a guest to leave if the hotel or other people are at risk.
In that case unused nights are handled under Australian consumer law and the confirmation note.
Spa, dining, transfer, event, and concierge services follow the conditions printed on the Services page.
Airport transfers need a flight number.
If a flight moves, you must tell us so the driver is not waiting for a plane that already landed.
Private events have a ceiling of forty guests.
Damage to furniture, glass, or fabric will be invoiced at repair cost.
Lost keys are replaced at cost and recorded against the room.
Parking is not included because the hotel does not own a car park.
Street and garage parking in the CBD is the guest’s choice and risk.
Website content is owned by Gediro Hospitality Pty Ltd unless a photo credit says otherwise.
You may not copy the site to run another hotel page as if it were ours.
You may not scrape the site for bulk email lists.
You may not attempt to break the forms or the server behind them.
Links to WhatsApp, Viber, and Google Maps are provided for convenience.
Those services have their own terms, which we do not control.
We try to keep pages accurate, including room sizes and starting prices.

We are not a bank, a currency desk, or a news publisher.
We do not offer financial products or adult entertainment.
The casino-hotel page, if you find it, describes a separate evening floor and is not a promise of winnings.

If a dispute cannot be sorted at the desk, we will talk in writing first.
